The Where's the Justice awareness campaign was developed by the Canadian Federation Students in order to demonstrate the effects of racism experienced by aboriginal youth.
In 2004 thousands of letters and post cards signed by students were sent to members of parliament explaining the barriers faced by aboriginal students in post secondary education. As a result, the federal government discontinued its planned taxation of band funding to post secondary students.
