About: This is a climate and environmental club in association with the BC Green Party of Canada. To improve the physical health of our members, and trying different physical activities to help find each members passion. It is my belief that physical health and freedom is not unlocked by simply going to the gym and jogging, but my trying a variety of sports and activities until finding the one that is individually enjoyable. Experimenting with different activities until me and my members find a schedule that keeps us all active and having fun. About: The Improv and Theatre Club exists to create a creative outlet for anyone interested learning about or improving their performance skills. Improvisation and theatrics are a great way to express yourself and find like minded people who want to create, write and perform pieces, plays or improvisational works. Improv is low stakes and easy to do, no experience needed. Also theatre is one of, if not one of the most awesome and fun things ever. Get ready for a whole bunch of laughs!

About: The Okanagan College Pride Club (OCPC) exists to support and empower 2SLGBTQIA+ students and allies by fostering safe, inclusive, and affirming spaces on campus. OCPC has introduced events such as drag performances and Pride celebrations to campus, highlighting queer visibility and culture while creating opportunities for students to connect and share in community. About: To promote students to donate blood or plasma as well as to encourage students to register for the stem cell registry. Through Canadian blood services I have made a partners for life team where I will book group donations for students to donate together and create a more comfortable and fun donating experience. Even for those who do not want to donate, we will spread awareness to provide insight into the need for blood products.
We are partnered with Canadian blood services so they often help out with events.

About: The Okanagan College Student Investment Fund (OCSIF) is a student-managed fund under The Okanagan School of Business. Members cover a portfolio of Canadian and U.S. equities, gaining valuable knowledge and skills in equity research, financial modelling, portfolio tracking, teamwork & public relations.
OCSIF requires a time commitment roughly equivalent to an additional course, and we meet semimonthly.
